Damaged Goods Policy

If your product is damaged on arrival, you should:

  • Refuse to accept delivery of the product
  • Inform the courier to return the goods to sender
  • Notify one of our staff at 1800 155 233 that your product has been damaged immediately

If you have accepted the goods and noticed that they have been damaged in transit it is important to report the damaged goods immediately. To make this process as simple as possible, please follow these steps:

1. Print this Return/Damaged Goods Form

2. Fill in appropriate details to your situation

3. Repack the goods in their original packaging and enclose the Returns/Damaged Goods Form

4. Put a label on the goods with the following details:

5. Contact our office at 1800 155 233 or info@shadeaustralia.com.au and we will organise a freight company to come collect the goods from you

6. The return freight will be at cost

7.  Inform us of the consignment note number on your order

Once we have received the goods we will assess the situation and be in contact with you to deal with the situation.
